Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Pinot Noir 2015

The 2015 vintage is a good one in the Mornington Peninsula.  Ten Minutes by Tractor's Estate pinot noir is a blend of pinot noir from this estate's various vineyards, mostly from Coolart Road and the Wallis vineyard.  The grapes are fully destemmed, and the wine sees 20% new oak.  In the glass, the wine has aromas of florals and potpourri.  The palate is mid weight with good balance, depth of flavour and deft oak use.  This is rather tasty.  (Region: Mornington Peninsula, Rating: Good to Very Good, Would I buy it based on this tasting? Yes, Drink: now, Tasted: Apr, 2017, Source: Sample)
