Napoleone Cider Méthode Traditionelle Yarra Valley Cider

If, like me, you enjoy Breton style apple cider, you will most certainly enjoy this.  From the Napoleone Ciderhouse in the Yarra Valley, it may be the best Australian example of apple cider I have tasted to date.  Dry, a delicate mousse, just a little bit cloudy and with an earthy complexity, this is highly recommended drinking.
