Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Young Coonawarra cab is not the most accessible of styles, but this one from Parker Coonawarra Estate is quite forward and approachable.  It has typical Coonawarra aromatics of cedar, licorice and dark olives, together with an impression of blackcurrant pastilles.  The palate is similar, with good length and enough stuffing to suggest this wine has a future in the cellar.  Good
