La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet is the second wine of the well regarded Chateau Sociando-Mallet estate in the Haut-Médoc.  The 2012 vintage tasted here presents in an utterly classic left-bank Bordeaux fashion, with expressions of clove and blackcurrant.  A stylish entry level release.  Good
