An unlikely blend of chardonnay, gewurtz, viognier and some barrel aged sauvignon blanc, Topper's Mountain Bricolage Blanc carries with it few pre-conceptions.  In the glass, its aromatics remind of talc, lychee, earth and some gentle lees characters.  The palate is almost mineral, with a nice acid balance, and flavours reminding of musk sticks, apple and pear.  Medium length on the finish completes a rather good release.  Good
