Toolangi Pinot Noir 2013

Toolangi's 2013 pinot noir from the Yarra Valley is sourced from two vineyards - one in Dixon's Creek, the other in Yarra Glen, sees 15% whole bunch and 10 months in oak, 25% of it new.  It's a well made pinot.  In the glass, the wine has a rich expression of dark cherry and earth.  The flavours on the palate remind of cherries and ripe fruit, together with some stems and spice, and the cedar is nestled in the background.  Good
