Fox Creek Shiraz 2013


This is a typical expression of McLaren Vale shiraz from Fox Creek.  The aromatics remind of plums and cedar.  The palate is a soft and gentle expression of ripe and plummy fruit, with light tannins and oak derived coconut flavours.  It went well with Indian food and proved rather gluggable.  G
