Chateau Doyac Haut-Médoc 2009

A return to regular transmission with this 2009 Bordeaux release.  That is, it is a very good.  I would suggest decanting it for it to show its best.  This is a structured wine with aromatics of coffee, roast meats and earthy blackcurrants.  The palate is balanced, the tannins built to to last and the length good.   An enjoyable cru bourgeois that is good now, and should reward a few years in the cellar.  G-VG
