Pink Lady Cider Co Apple Cider

Just for something a bit different today, here's a review of an apple cider.  The purveyor said it was dry and in a Normande style, which until about 5 years or so ago in Australia, meant that it could be expected to be sweet and have no bearing whatsoever to a Normande cider.  A nomenclature problem shared with the Australian baguette.  The cider here though is impressively true to its description.  It has aromatics of stones and apples and a palate that is dry, with a delicate mousse and stoney apple and bread characters.  I shall be buying more of this.
