Jacob's Creek St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Source: Google Maps
A very precise alcohol level is specified on this label, eschewing the more usual 0.5% increments.  The 2010 vintage of Jacob's Creek's St Hugo cabernet sauvignon is classic Coonawarra.  It has medium intensity aromatics of cassis, clove, black cherry, anise and a lick of vanilla.  The palate has fine grained tannins, dominant cedar and clove flavours and a between medium and long length finish.  Ready to drink now, this wine should relax and improve over time.  Good
