Boschendal Chenin Blanc 2010

I don't drink a lot of chenin blanc.  It's a versatile grape though, capable of both the great and the mundane, and has found a second home in South Africa.  This particular chenin is of a good standard.  There are hints of lemon and lime, together with quite pungent tropical and herbal characters.  The palate straddled the boundary between dry and off dry, with medium acid and length.  Overall, this is a sound chenin blanc due to the clean flavours and the medium length finish.  Acceptable to Good
