Majella Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

I am running behind on all things, so forgive my short review of a good wine.  Majella's cabernet sauvignon from the 2008 vintage is a very good one.  Aromatics of spice, Christmas cake, menthol and plums.  Long length on the palate, with very good balance despite its hefty alcohol.  Ready to drink now, this wine is perhaps not completely varietal in its expression, but does it matter if the wine is good?  Very Good
