Rymill Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Rymill's 2004 cabernet sauvignon is good, rather than very good.  An aroma of dried herbs, tomato stalks, earth and chocolate.  I'm not sure what causes tomato stalk like aromas in some Australian cabernets, but I generally don't like it.  The palate had some length, acidity, and tannins evident.  (Abv: 14%, Rating: Good, Tasted: January, 2011)
