Boat O'Craigo Blanc de Blanc 2006

I tasted this wine blind, and it had an aroma predominantly of apples.  The palate had a honeyed note, and a rather extravagantly good mousse, which unfortunately then disappeared after 30 seconds or so in the glass.  Quite a good effort, but not quite champagne.  84 points.
